Costa Rican jewelry and textile designer based in Barcelona, with a Master’s in Fashion Business.
I’m the person behind Moonset. Every piece begins the same way: in my hands, in my workshop in Barcelona, with an idea I need to see become real. It’s slow work, and it’s meant to be; nothing here is rushed, nothing is disposable.
But Moonset was never meant to grow alone. For years, I’ve worked alongside artisan women in Costa Rica and Spain, learning from their hands as much as they’ve learned from mine. Their knowledge, passed down through generations, lives inside every piece we make together. What started as my own small practice has become something bigger than me. Shaped by every woman who has been part of it, piece by piece, year after year.
Our jewelry is timeless and is crafted in our workshop
Large-scale jewelry production often means worker exploitation and cheap pieces that end up in landfills. We believe in the opposite: ethical, sustainable jewelry, handmade in our Barcelona workshop, where the value of a piece lies in the time, skill, and story behind it, not just its price.
Our workshop has grown over the years, tool by tool, supported by the clients who believed in slow, handmade craftsmanship from the start. Every piece is made to last, a symbol of knowledge passed from one generation to the next.
